I would happily recommend the Q Hotel to friends for many reasons.
The best part for me has been the people. Everyone’s friendly, supportive, and easy to get along with, which makes a big difference on busy days. It feels like a proper team where everyone helps each other out.
There are also good opportunities to learn new things and build experience, especially if you’re interested in growing within hospitality. I’ve definitely picked up skills and confidence since starting.
Overall, it’s just a nice place to work. You feel appreciated, the environment is positive, and it makes coming into work that much easier.
