The University education is poor and disorganized. Not what I expected from a degree level program. Content is easy. Not challenging and nearly completely redundant to my work. On the company's side it is great, everything makes sense, is clear and organized and you get the opportunity to work in numerous different teams.

The work environment is phenomenal. The atmosphere is amazing, everyone is passionate about their work and there are some extraordinary people here. Arm lets you do what interests you and develop skills that you want.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Arm?
You have to be passionate about tech and building things and learning. You'll do great.
