do not like that the scheme is very much aimed at younger apprentices and university can be quite condescending and treat like secondary school children

yes lots of skills and developed existing skill set. Also improved confidence throughout the programme

has potential to be excellent but seem to change the goal posts regularly throughout the scheme without thought as to the needs of the apprentice.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

hit and miss, i find if you seek out support from Early careers it is available, also support from professionals within the business is above satisfactory
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The university lecturers are not very helpful in my opinion
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

it helps with some fundamentals however the professional experience and learning has supported development far better.

yes, but not everything is openly advertised and you have to try and seek out the information
