Yes, I would. I already work for Unilever, and doing the apprenticeship alongside my role has been a really positive experience. It complements my day-to-day work well, helps me build new skills, and shows that Unilever genuinely invests in people’s development. The support and learning opportunities make it something I’d happily recommend to others.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Unilever?
You don’t need to know everything, but showing that you’re open to learning and developing goes a long way. Unilever values authenticity. Don’t try to give textbook answers; talk about your real experiences and what you’ve genuinely learned from them.
