Ensuring the business is on time within budget with good quality- I ensure everyone is spending the same out of money by running spend report/ communicate with everyone involved on the project etc

communication/assurance/reliability as well as many others. You get trusted to do a lot and have a lot of responsibility so it pushes you to develop a lot of different skills

It could probably be more organised as its hard to get a plan of how to do thing in place when theres alot of team members in and out of the team

Our training provider is Blackpool college and i believe the level of education could be better. This has been an ongoing problem and it is currently being investigated. The quality of lectures is very poor and the lecturers dont help/advise.
