Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
The Spring Programme gave an excellent insight into the work and culture at the law firm Cooley. Each day we had central sessions that gave an overview of different practice areas, different lawyers' roles at the firm and professional skills development. We were also assigned to a team for the two weeks and received work from our supervisor, which we recorded in a log.

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
Through the central sessions and the work assigned to me from my team, I gained a clear understanding of Cooley's work and how a trainee solicitor at the firm contributes to it.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
The culture was amazing, everyone at the firm was extremely friendly and supportive. More senior lawyers at the firm were also very approachable and kind.
