Overall, how would you describe your experience at Virgin Media O2?
VMO2 is a great place to work for, they offer vast career progression opportunity.

What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
First Year - Management Accountant, ensuring I understand the basics and bottom line of accounting to further develop. I enjoyed understanding the day to day activities of accounting.
Second Year - Finance Business Partner, I worked as a project FBP as the line of contact for anything financial around IT projects. The area I enjoyed most was the stakeholder management and having the ability to be autonomous in my work.

Just make sure you are your authentic self! They don't expect anything from you previously, only what you can bring in the future. When answering, don't think about what you think they want to hear.
