Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
I lead the end-to-end process of launching products within the customer, from initial listing and negotiation through to successful in-store execution. This involves coordinating closely with internal teams, including supply chain and finance, to ensure products are delivered on time, priced correctly, and supported by accurate forecasting and financial planning.
Internally, I act as the central point of contact to ensure seamless communication and alignment across teams, helping to facilitate smooth and efficient sales into stores. Externally, I focus on delivering value to the retailer while continuously improving the overall shopping experience for the consumer by ensuring product availability, quality, and ease of purchase.
Ultimately, my role combines strategic account management, cross-functional collaboration, and customer-focused execution to drive sustainable growth and enhance the consumer experience.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
Communication has also been a key area of growth. It’s such an essential skill in my role, and I’ve learnt quickly how important it is to communicate clearly and effectively with both internal teams and external partners. Overall, the programme has significantly strengthened my ability to manage responsibilities and collaborate successfully.
