Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

5/5
My day to day role is an administrator where I am responsible for the timekeeping of our client's framework, ensuring all employees times are processed accurately. It is very administrative heavy, and I am also responsible for weekly payroll and monthly overtime processing. In addition to this, I have recently began my apprenticeship alongside my role as a HR Support Apprentice where I provide HR and employee support to the wider framework, which I really enjoy and am currently learning more about each day.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

5/5
I am really enjoying my programme so far, it is very insightful and allows me to learn new areas of the business I was not familiar with.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

5/5
Yes, I have learnt a range of new skills within the HR sector that I did not know before, for example ER communication, business decisions and the employee cycle.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

5/5
Very! I don't have any complaints. There is clear structure and expectations.

How much support do you receive from your employer?

5/5
5/5, could not feel more supported and trusted within my role and programme.

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

5/5
A lot so far! Again, no complaints, they are always quick to respond and nothing is ever any trouble for them.

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

5/5

Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
