To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The programme has given me a fresh outlook on my role, how I can make small changes that will have a massive improvement on both myself and my role, and opening doors for future progression

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learned how to manage myself as well as manage a team, and filled gaps in my knowledge - from budgeting to forecasting, which will help with future roles, and also given me more of an insight into how this can impact the business and steps I can implement to improve revenue stream in the future

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very well structured 12 month programme, it has been very well considered and is a mix of both virtual and in-person, so not to impact our day-to-day roles as much.
The programme has also been tailor-made to suit my job role, and aid with natural progression within the company

As a group, and ground level, everyone has been supportive.

Very flexible and supportive, they are aware this is being completed around a full-time role so are happy to work around our business demands.

Why?

Having worked here for a few years, I can say whole-heartedly that it is one of the most supportive companies to work for. They strive to aid progression through the company, which I haven't found when working for other larger, worldwide hotel groups.
