Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
I have to develop a service from dev to prod throughout the entire internship. I work in sprints and develop demos for each sprint, beside learning from wikis and tutorials from O'Reilly,
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
Not really. My mistakes wouldn't have an impact on the business, so if I made mistakes, there were no worries. I would learn from them.
