Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
I am involved in supporting and leading project management activities to my 12 month placements. Such as project schedules, project controls, governance, managing stakeholders, updating project management plans etc...
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
I really enjoy the different placements within the role alot more than I enjoy the university side.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
I have developed alot of specific skills to each placement but mostly around the business environment and working with stakeholders internally and externally. to the team.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
4/5
I think the placements are structured well however I would prefer more time and effort towards picking our soft exit roles/next placements - I think it would be beneficial to PMDA's to see the options.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
4/5
Alot of support is given however I think more could be provided around portfolio and evidence - maybe if skills coaches/functional leads scheduled sessions like 1-1 or small groups.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
I receive really good support
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
3/5
There is but not many I know about - I think there could be more around female only fitness activities/groups. I know many people that would be interested in this. Also more Cumbria involvement in women in nuclear (alot of there sessions are 6hrs away from barrow so it's hard to get involved)
