There is so much friendly and helpful support available from my placement team, the wider software team, Early Careers team and within the business as a whole. They want you to do well and be successful in your apprenticeship role.

The college also has good support available for any issue you may have, from personal to academic, on top of the support from within work.

It is good to give a basic understanding but I have found the knowledge and skills gained from on the job learning more relevant to my role.

There are STEM engagement opportunities. Also apprentice and employee groups that you can join and have the chance to take on roles within. There is a group for apprentices relocating from different parts of the country as well.
