Manage the accounts receivable process in a shared service centre for 50+ hotels managing a team of 8. Responsible for collecting debts, reconciling payments, approving credit applications, dealing with invoice queries.

My excel skills have improved significantly. I created a dash board with lots of data last week which I wouldn't have known how to do before the course. It also has lots of tips for using excel and other programmes to manage your time

Very organised. Weekly modules, monthly workshops and webinars. Regular catch ups with coach and line manager.

They are interested in my progress and attend the reviews. There are also others completing the course so we can share ideas and help each other

It is already making me more efficient and the excel skills are enhancing my reporting skills and giving me insights I didn't have before.

They have regular networking events. They also have a annual charity event which everyone is encouraged to take part.
