I am responsible for Coach Tour Group coming into all of our 18 hotels

I have only just started, we have had onboarding and one session, my Trainer is fantastic at Umbrella Training.

The Course is very well structed for our Company
We have our programme for the whole Apprenticeship which means we can look ahead to see what is coming up and schedule time with the relevant departments

So much support my manager is super supportive and so is our head office

They are always on hand to help i have emailed several times and get an immediate response.
