Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
My role involved doing lots of data checks whilst also being the first point of contact for general HR queries. There was also meetings everyday with the relevant stakeholders.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
Yes - I was able to be in the background for most projects, which was invaluable work and needed to be done to a certain standard.

This was my first corporate job, so I was able to learn excel skills and general corporate skills. I was able to use customer service skills learnt prior to talk to new stakeholders.

My team had significant reshuffles across my year so the support and guidance was not as good as it could have been but my team always answered questions I had.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
There was a very good general atmosphere and everyone is always lovely to speak to. The perks of the company contribute to the culture e.g., the staff shop.

I have enjoyed my placement thoroughly, there was just some curveballs thrown in which made the experience not a 10/10.
