my role is to learn different types of work streams and to become the better version of myself, working hard and doing the best i can to give a good impression on my different mentors.

i do enjoy my programme as it helps me to understand and to learn a load of different skills and work streams.

Time management getting here on time for work every morning.
practical skills getting stuck in and learning a load more skills when out on the job.

it is very organised and structured when it comes to knowing what work streams we are on and who our mentors are different week. And when it comes to our collage work.

i receive a load of support when at work and when i am at collage.

i receive a load of support and they push me when it comes to completing my theory work and getting things in on time.

Why?

It is a good opportunity if you feel like you a very hands on and want to learn and load more about different work streams for example water, mains, electric, reinstatement e.g white topper and tarmacking.

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to M & A Doocey Civil Engineering Ltd?

don’t be afraid to ask questions when on a job. feel confident when it comes to getting stuck in and wanting to learn the different types of tools, fittings and work streams.
