I assist and help operatives and learn as i do, while also learning the importance of safety and traffic management in college

I love the programme, i think it is the perfect fit for me

I have definitely learnt a lot of new skills, including the proper ways to dig and reinstate and the importance of managing barriers for the safety of the public

We are always told where we will be the week after on a thursday, allowing enough time to figure out where will we go and contact the mentors if need be

i think the days with different people and at college allow me to see a different perspective to every job and i pick up skills from more experienced people to use in college.
