• how to do observations
• how to take bloods
• how to do ECG’S
• how to take blood sugars
• how to use different types of equipment
• swft learn trainings ( dementia, basic life support, mental health/learning disability’s )
• catheter care

⤷ placing night bags at night
• end of life care
overall i’ve learnt so much, and it’s a role where you will learn something new everyday and gain more skills

i’ve had some outside of work days where a few staff members get together and we do some training with our manager which is nice and getting to know the staff.
with the apprenticeship we have also had training sessions as a group which is nice
