Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

As I am still an apprentice I am not fully aware of what happens on a day to day basis and I am switching between different placements around every 5 months. However, my role can consist of integrating equipment into compartments in a model to creating 2D views on drawing sheets and using Teamcenter.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

So far, I am enjoying it as on my current placement I am able to go on the shop floor a bit which is always exciting and interesting to see. I feel as though I am gaining more knowledge as I go further into my apprenticeship.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have definitely learnt plenty of new skills on Foran since being on 3 different placements that are all very different. My confidence has also grown as I ask for help whenever I need it and ask questions if I can.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

I think it is very organised as there was plenty of teams for us apprentices to go onto for a few months.
