I started my career as an unqualified Practitioner. After gaining one year of experience I wanted to be a qualified one. With the support of my Manager I was in Life Time Training. They are very great support to me. My tutor gives me huge support for every thing which I was about to start. My English tutor gave a great encouragement and supported me until I cleared my English. Now I am working on my Maths. It was great opportunity to work with my tutors. They are very supportive make you achieve anything. The English online webinars helped me a lot to Crack my exams. The online teachers were very supportive to make you speak and by end of the session, they will make you confident.

Developed existing skills and learned new skills aswell. As my studies are from different country, so I struggled a bit to be on the track.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

My tutor keeps reminding me the tasks, and list out what need to be done. What job I have to do in my Nursery to finish my level 3.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

They all supported me by providing opportunity to work in other rooms. Supported me with experienced staff to train me.

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It did worked really well, to implement the new methods which I have studied in my level 3 courses.

Why?
They are great staff. Who makes your apprenticeship easy. Supports you encourages you and give a positive vibes towards you completion of level 3.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Lifetime Training?
I feel they are well suited for their commitment. I don't want to give any advice. I know they are best.
