A support worker role is to support individuals with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, mental health or elderly individuals live and independently and reach their full potential. They provide tailored assistance with daily tasks ,personal care , social inclusion and emotional support.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoyed this programme the learning process was great thanks to my tutor which allowed things to be more smooth and made things more understanding.

Yes including new skills along with new policy and procedures to include in my day to day role
Such as understanding code of conduct, professional boundaries along with many others.
