Overall, how would you describe your experience at Virgin Media O2?
My experience has been extremely positive. I've had plenty of opportunities for learning and support throughout my time on the graduate scheme. There is a really strong and dedicated future careers team, and there is a lot of collaboration between all the schemes which has created a supportive and inclusive environment.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
The main responsibilities I've had across my rotations have varied. I've had roles in software engineering where I was able to apply my passion for technology and learning from my degree in comp science. I've then found a new passion for working in the Product space and being about to collaborate daily which people across many different teams while being able to have a customer centric mindset.

Why?
I’ve had an outstanding experience in terms of growth and development opportunities. The benefits offered are excellent and cover a wide range of areas, and on top of this, the overall work life balance is very positive. The office environment is relaxed, which creates a great atmosphere and genuinely makes working here enjoyable and makes you want to come in to collaborate.
