Had zero engineering knowledge before and now i would consider myself fairly capable at engineering through the skills and knowledge i've developed

Company side has bad structure but the early careers side is slightly better structured

They have lots of "support" open but then isn't their issue lots of the time

Lots of help from certain people, and some people just don't do anything so a bit of both
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Definitely helps with the thinking needed for the job and helps with future job prospects in case i needed to apply anywhere else

There is a football team but it is sorted by the apprentices and not much of a company thing

Yes
Why?
It is a very stable place to work and gives lots of future prospects
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BAE Systems?
Be aware that the job is good but the structure is horrible
