Since completing my Apprenticeship, I have had a promotion.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The Apprenticeship level 3 programme was very useful as the first time back in education after 20 years. I had a job but due to my apprenticeship, this helped me secure a promotion.

Yes, it was really useful to develop skills I've not used recently

How well organised/structured is your programme?

It was organised well, however I did have a change of assessor half way through, which was disruptive.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I was given 6 hours per week from my employer to complete the tasks and my manager joined me on all calls with my assessors
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Once I changed assessor, I received a good amount of support
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I think the apprenticeship helped me feel more up to date with qualifications and helped me gain my promotion
