I have just moved into my exit role which is supporting with project and programme management.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy coming to work as the team is amazing and I was able to return to my first placement for my exit role.

There has been a few unorganised sections of the apprenticeship, such as confusion around exit roles and EPA portfolios.
