Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
3/5
The role involves planning and organising audits, finding the root cause of problems, watching software testing, quality control.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
3/5
I think the programme could have more extended tasks such as question papers, revision material and general tasks to help when work is quiet.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
Yes, I have developed lots of IT skills, English and Maths skills, whilst also learning about the quality sector.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
3/5
I think placements should have the option to go over the 6 month period if decided by the apprentice. It is quite hard to get to know a team properly and the work they do in such a short time. Also, there should be extra tasks to hand, such as a portal with any extra work apprentices could be getting on with when there isn't much to do in the placement.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
Employers are very supportive.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
The training provider is very supportive and helpful.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
The qualification is relevant and suitable to the role and helps understand the work during your placement.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
3/5
There are some, but I think there should be more options.
