Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
I work in the digital, design and social team. This focuses on the creation of campaigns being submitted to Cannes. I also lead managing budgets for the whole team.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
I was given lots of responsibility. I led on an internal homecare video from start to finish. I also delivered an assembly to a primary school about outdoor play in Yorkshire. I’ve also managed budgets for my whole team as well as leading on a variety of projects

I’ve developed lots of confidence particularly with leading in meetings and projects. I’ve also developed lots of patients when working with finance and dealing with projects either tight timelines

I received lots of support throughout my placement. I had weekly 1-1s with my line manager as well as every quarter having reflections with my line manager

We have such a good culture. My team had a really close bond and everyone was super honest and open
