Why?
I have found BAE systems is a great place for apprentices to be given the opportunity to learn key skills and apply these into a fast paced working environment. The project management scheme is well structured and supported extensively through the early careers team. There is a real sense of feeling involved and a feeling you are contributing towards complex and meanigful projects.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BAE Systems?
I would advise people applying to take time to research the company and the relevant role/scheme they intend to apply for and to research and consider relevant questions that may be asked.
