Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My role is an administrating role and consist if managing a inbox daily with any enquiries as well as supporting and scheduling training sessions, meetings and OD related activities. As well as supporting the promotion of staff benefits and assuring they operate accordingly .

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoyed my apprenticeship as I learnt so many skills and was able to apply them in real life scenarios in my job role. It has been a positive experience for a first step in my career.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt multiple new skills such as effective stakeholder communication, this skill taught me how to professionally maintain good relationships with stakeholders, which was key in my role. I also developed IT skills as I used new IT platforms in my role.

The programme was very well structed and organised.

How much support do you receive from your employer?

During my programme I had loads of support from my coach and my trust. They assured I had the correct study time each week, I was balancing my apprenticeship and workload and needed any support throughout.

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My training provider was very supportive in making sure I was prepared throughout the programme. I had frequent communication with them and knew the support I could access if needed.
