Overall, how would you describe your experience at Airbus?
I've really enjoyed it! I've completed seven of my eight placements so far. The first four are mandatory to help you gain a broad knowledge of the business, followed by four flexible placements that you can choose based on your interests.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
I appreciate the opportunity to build knowledge across a variety of areas. This is possible because the placements are only three months long. We are also encouraged to take on placements that may initially seem daunting due to a lack of experience, but we quickly gain that knowledge thanks to supportive and understanding placement managers.
