I am currently in my first rotation of my apprenticeship, and it has been an incredibly positive experience so far. From the beginning, I have felt welcomed into a very supportive and caring environment where learning and development are genuinely encouraged.
The team has shown a real passion for helping me grow within my role, always taking the time to explain processes, answer questions, and provide constructive guidance. There is a strong level of trust across the team, which has helped me build confidence and feel comfortable taking on new responsibilities.
Overall, this apprenticeship has given me a great foundation in my first rotation, and I feel motivated, supported, and excited to continue developing my skills and progressing within the organisation.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my apprenticeship to a very high extent. I find the work engaging and varied, which keeps me motivated and interested on a daily basis. The opportunity to learn new skills and gain hands‑on experience while working towards a qualification makes the role both enjoyable and meaningful.
I also appreciate being able to see my own progress over time, which gives me a strong sense of achievement. Overall, I find the apprenticeship a rewarding experience and feel positive about continuing and developing further.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

The apprenticeship has significantly contributed to my skills development. I have improved my technical abilities, particularly in using Excel for organising data, tracking information, and supporting daily tasks. This has helped me become more efficient and confident in my work.
I have also developed strong professional skills through regular involvement in business meetings, where I have learned how to engage appropriately, listen actively, and understand different perspectives. My note‑taking skills have improved, allowing me to capture key actions and information clearly and accurately.
In addition, I have gained experience in preparing and delivering presentations, which has helped build my confidence in communicating information clearly and professionally. Overall, the apprenticeship has supported my development in a range of practical and transferable skills that will be valuable throughout my career.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The structure and support within my apprenticeship have been very strong. Communication within the team is clear and consistent, which has made it much easier to understand expectations and priorities in my role. Guidance is always provided in a clear and straightforward way, helping me learn effectively and avoid feeling overwhelmed.
As this is my first role in a corporate environment, I have really valued the patient approach taken by the team. Tasks and processes are explained thoroughly, and I am given the time and reassurance needed to build my understanding and confidence.
I also appreciate the trust placed in me to manage responsibilities and contribute meaningfully, which has helped me feel respected and motivated. Overall, the structured support has played a key role in helping me settle into the role and develop professionally.
