I work in the people team handeling mainly employee relations cases, but also includes different aspects of hr
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Its interesting, however its hard to take the time to do the work. Also the apprenticeship can cause some stress due to constant deadlines. -

Yes, I've learnt and developed in my role because of the learnings I've taken from my apprenticeship

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Its got constant deadlines and dated webinars.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

The support is there, however hard to take the time as my workstreams are so busy. I'm having to work more in my own time and less at work.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My coach is good, and the support is there from her and the welfare/learning support, however the rest of BPP I'm struggling to get support from the CIPD side getting in touch with marking/cipd tutors which is what is promoted that i'll get access to.

Good employer to work for, good team and people in the business. No day is the same in Leisure, so keeps the job interesting and fun
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to GLL?
learn the values and align yourself with them. Also focus on supporting people and not going to extreme circumstances.
