I create a safe and welcoming environment for ages 0-5 years old. I support children with their learning and play. I make sure every child is heard and understood. I build strong relationships and work closely with my colleagues. I follow safeguarding procedures and look after children’s wellbeing. I create activities that are full of learning experiences and bend them to the children’s interests.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy doing my apprenticeship at my nursery because the team is very supportive and I learn lots every day about how to become an even better practitioner.
