my main job is to support children's development and learning. this means planning and leading activities, observing children to see where they are at and keeping records of their progress also help with personal care like feeding and changing nappies and making sure the environment is safe and stimulating.
day to day this might be setting up the room, leading story time, helping children with arts and crafts or taking them outside. can also have chats with parents , offering updates on their child's day and any concerns they may have.
