I’ve learnt new skills and developed existing skills. In a previous role I was a manager of 23 teams members. The programme has allowed to develop those existing skills and put the into practice. I’ve also learnt new skills that has helped me see the bigger picture and how each colleague contributes to the business

My tutor is excellent. As a mature student, I like that we can get things done pretty quickly and that leave me time to get on with my research. I’m also teaching my tutor new things about the company so it makes the learning interesting from both sides.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Great support from my employer who is interested in my progress on the course and how could be implemented across the business.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The training provider is excellent. They are on hand to help at any time and have always kept to their appointments. They are very through in what they do.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
