My day to day job included in my first years to shadow my mentor with certain jobs while I proved my self to be a reliable and competent person, now that im in my third year I’m starting to do things on my own.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I’ve enjoyed my apprenticeship program due to when I first came here I had absolutely no clue and now my knowledge is very good

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I’ve developed numerous skills skills such as removing and replacing components and services and maintaining our trucks

How well organised/structured is your programme?

My program is very well structured where I go to collage ones every 7 weeks for a week then I go and do what I’ve learnt at collage and take it into the garage

I received lists of support anytime I’m stuck someone is willing to help
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I received loads of supports from the collage someone comes out once a month to check how I’m doing and make sure I’m doing the work

I just feel like when I go to collage they give me enough information to carry out my job
