Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I work in ice cream product development, and worked in a range of team across research and development. I currently am working in product development for Cornetto where day to day we do a mix of lab work, trials, working cross functionally with other areas of the business.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

It is a great programme! I go to univeristy at Nottingham Trent University part time and have one day per week as my study day to work towards my degree. The rotations and jobs I do at work support my degree.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt many new skills such as problem solving, team work and many practical skills too. I have also developed some existing skills.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

It is a well organised and structured programme due to it being run and my site for many years and we have an apprentice manager who looks after the apprentices and manages our rotations

We are given one day a week to carry out our university work

There are so many sport teams at my work and there are quite a few social activities too due to there being quite a big community at my site.
