I am an early careers programme support officer helping academics across UKI through apprenticeships and graduate schemes. I deliver engagement initiatives, learning and development opportunities and support the governance of the programme.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have thoroughly enjoyed my level 6 degree apprenticeship having the opportunity to develop my learning through university whilst building my career at work.

It has really helped me develop and take that learning to my workplace to improve my job role. I have learnt many skills during my degree specifically within developing myself and others.
