I complete online apprenticeship coursework alongside working my hospitality job. Completing work through their system is fairly straight-forward and you log your other off-the-job activities.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

So far, I have been enjoying my program well enough. The platform is good at educating and they have very present staff to help you along the way.

Leadership styles and how to lead a team efficiently has been the biggest lesson I've learnt. More about legislation and how to resolve customer conflict is to come.
