Unilever provides you with an opportunity to work on a variety of exciting and unique projects. The lectures in University are also interesting allowing you to develop skills in a wide range of areas like AI and Machine Learning

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Learnt a variety of technical skills like coding in python and creating dashboards in Power BI. Non-technical skills as well like stakeholder engagement and delivering presentations

How much support do you receive from your employer?

The employer is very supportive and help you grow as you progress throughout you apprenticeship. The people at the company are always willing to help if you are unsure about any aspect of a project you are working on. The employer also helps you to manage Uni commitments alongside work commitments

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Lecturers are available to offer support when needed. Regular meeting every 3 months with the learning officer from University allow you to discuss any improvements the University could make or areas where you may be struggling

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Many of the lectures taught in University are heavily linked with the projects at work for example modelling in python using AI or how to query different databases
