Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I am responsible for supporting our organisation in the growth of apprenticeship programmes, through both internal development and recruiting apprentices externally.
I work with a range of both internal and external stakeholder and align my work to our apprenticeship strategy.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I absolutely love my programme, I feel that I have grown a lot since starting my programme. What I am learning now can be applied through my work on a day to day basis and beyond.
My programme aligns to the type of leader I hope to be in the future.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

During this programme, I have had to unlearn a lot of behaviours that are not suited to a coaching role such as giving my opinion or sharing advise.
I have learnt many coaching models and approaches to coaching that can aid my in my in the moment coaching, as well as coaching session. I am more self reflective, have a true appreciation to the opportunity I have been given.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The webinars were monthly, for 3 hours and very interactive.
The progame was very organised and I was given support as and when needed.

How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer supports my apprenticeship all the way.

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My coach has been very support, as well as my course tutor and fellow peers.

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I believe I have performed much better since starting my programme. I am pushing myself in ways I would not have done before.

Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
