Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
5/5
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
Gained confidence it the type of working environment and had opportunities to lead meeting. I have also had training provided and have developed knowledge in engineering/company specific tasking.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
4/5
Placement structure allows for the right amount of time in team to pick up what you need.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
4/5
Easy to contact, normally reply with in a couple days.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
3/5
Different lectures have different ways to be contacted and they can take a while to get back. It also can take very long to get feedback on submissions/assignments.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
3/5
Work-based learning submissions are really useful to actively reflect on how work and university relate to each other. These submissions can also feel rushed with past expectations to have 3-6 pieces of evidence within 2 weeks of starting a new placement.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
