Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
• Working with stakeholders including General store managers and online managers to deliver continuous improvement, operational excellence.
• Building strategic improvement plans for the region with the retail SD to address dispersion.
• Coaching Retail Training Stores to deliver best in class standards, people capabilities and results
• Conducting store visits to assess performance, coach against the improvement
• plans and escalating operating model issues into central teams for support
• Collaborating with counterparts in the wider field teams to create a joined up approach to addressing performance in centrally agreed focus stores where there are widespread process opportunities
• Operating within a lead role for compliance and drivers, to advocate for process changes and benefits realisation in project development.
