Reviewing new models for the projects, reviewing any clashes between models before they clash on site. Reviewing and collecting data to issue to the client.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Developed It skills, learnt many different software we use daily to view models and the data in the models. I have built my confidence, by doing presentations and being able to voice my opinion.

How much support do you receive from your employer?

I have lots of support for my apprentice through my line manager, the rest of my team, and the emerging talent team. I have been able to go to them with any issues and they have be resolved with the college directly. I have my own time to focus on my studies once a week.

I am support by everyone at Kier through my apprenticeship, and I have received many opportunities. Kier emerging talent offer many opportunities and help guide you and support you through you apprenticeship. I have had the opportunity to see and be involved in major projects. And I enjoy being trusted to contribute my own work to the projects.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Kier Group?
Be confident, and research projects we have/are working on. Research Kiers values, and what is important to us as a company.
