Moving around different placements, attending meetings and carrying out tasks based on the placement your in.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy learning on the job and working with different teams to understand how the departments work.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Learnt new software based skills like CAD design and MATLAB coding, and experience with hands on learning to become familiar with aircraft aerodynamic basics and functions of components.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Organisation of things like placements were delayed and information on doing events can sometimes be changed a few times before being finalised.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I have good access to support from different people and know where to go to receive help if I need it.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

We have monthly 1-2-1 sessions with skills coaches to check up on how general wellbeing and every 3 months we do LPR sessions to track progress made with enrichment, diploma, off the job hours...
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Training provided in the beginning has helped improve my skills and competency for tasks in placements
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

The LAC is apprentice run group that organise sporting and social events. Invited to networking lunches and events are sent to apprentices to get involved with.
