Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
As a Client Accounts Apprentice, I support the day-to-day financial tasks within the property management team. This includes processing invoices and payments, updating account records, and helping with account queries from colleagues and clients. I also assist with reports and general admin tasks while learning more about property accounts and financial processes.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
I enjoy my programme to a large extent. It allows me to gain practical, hands-on experience alongside my day-to-day role while developing my knowledge and skills through structured learning. I find it rewarding to apply what I learn to real tasks at work, and it has helped me build confidence and understand my role and the property management industry better.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
Yes, I have learnt new skills and improved existing ones. I’ve developed a better understanding of financial processes, improved my attention to detail, and become more organised in my work. I’ve also gained confidence and improved my communication skills through working with colleagues and handling queries.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
4/5
My programme is well organised and structured. There is a clear learning plan in place, with regular training and reviews to track progress. I feel well supported by both my training provider and my workplace, and I know who to go to if I need help or guidance.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
4/5
I receive a good level of support from my employer. My manager and colleagues are approachable and available to help when needed, and I’m given guidance with tasks and learning opportunities. I’m also supported with time to complete my apprenticeship work, which helps me balance my role and my studies effectively.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
I receive a good level of support from my training provider. They provide clear guidance on coursework and assessments, regular check-ins to review progress, and are available to answer questions when needed. This support helps me stay on track and understand what is required to achieve my qualification.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
I feel that my qualification helps me perform better in my role to a good extent. The learning links closely to my day-to-day tasks, giving me a better understanding of financial processes and industry practices. This has helped me work more confidently, improve accuracy, and understand why tasks are completed in certain ways rather than just how to do them.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
