The apprentice scheme provider (Multiverse) could be better as I had at least 3 different coaches over the course of the scheme so lacked some consistency
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Nuffield and my manager gave me support and time to get the most from the apprentice training.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

As noted the support from the Multiverse coach was lacking continuity. The monthly training sessions were well led but the coach support felt like a tick box exercise and often that the person wasn't listening and just wanted to get through their script. With the exception of one coach who we had for one session who was fantastic.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I chose not to complete the final exams for formal qualification due to poor coaching experience. However the skills and knowledge have significantly improved my ability to use and present information at work. This has enabled me to be involved in more projects and increase influence within the business

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Nuffield Health?
There are opportunities for progression within the business but this may involve some degree of geographical / location flexibility. There are more opportunities in London as there are more Nuffield locations in close proximity. There may be limited chances for progression at a single fixed location outside of London.
