Analysing data from various sources using statistics and tools such as python. Creating dashboards to share data across teams and sites. Helping set up new systems to support data driven decision making across site.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Very enjoyable due to the variety of tasks I get to work on as well as the independence I get in my tasks.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I'm constantly learning due to this being a degree apprenticeship. I've learnt skills such as pandas in python, statistical techniques, and specific applications such as power bi.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Fairly well organised. Clear structure in terms of who I have to report to and what is expected of me. I know where I get my work from and where to go for support.

How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive plenty of support when I ask for it and know what channels to use. There is also support in the form of weekly conversations with my manager.

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The teaching staff have always answered my questions and provide feedback on my assignments if I submit them in time.

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I'm directly applying most of what I learnt into my role.

Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Site football every week and quite a few social events that are run especially ones aimed at early talent.
