My mentor was always on hand when I needed them and the business had a process for allowing me time to complete training although this was sometimes a struggle as I was also having to do the Assistant Manager role at the same time

The support was always there when I asked for it and it was made clear it was there too

As previously stated, some of the retail theory has helped me understand reasoning for some decisions and processes which helps my confidence and mental health when trying to implement procedures
